Is $99.99/month just hosting?
No. Website Care covers hosting, security, backups, monitoring, fixes, your domain, support, and 2 small updates a month. We handle the website so you don’t have to.
What counts as a small update?
A quick change, like new text, a new photo, updated hours, or new contact info. You get 2 each month. Unused updates don’t roll over, and extra ones are $50. New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately.
How do I reach you for help?
Text, call, or email us. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
Is a domain name included?
Yes. With Website Care, we register, set up, and renew one standard domain (up to $11/year). If the name you want costs more or is already taken, we’ll help you find another one, or tell you the price and get your OK before buying anything.
How does payment work?
Your website is paid in full upfront, and work starts once it’s paid. Website Care begins when your site goes live and is billed on the 1st of each month, with your first month prorated. If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund.
How long does it take?
Template websites usually take 5–10 business days, and custom websites 10–20. Bigger projects get a timeline with the quote. The clock starts once we have your info and photos, and time waiting on feedback or materials doesn’t count. These are estimates, not guarantees.
What counts as a revision?
Before launch, you get 2 revision rounds. In each round, you send us your list of changes all at once. Extra rounds are $100. New pages, new features, or switching templates aren’t revisions and are priced separately.
Do you write the text or take the photos?
You send us your services, photos, and business details, and we put them in place. Writing, logo design, and photography aren’t included.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
We set up the basics Google looks for, connect Google Search Console, and ask Google to index your site. No one can guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or how fast Google lists a site, and ongoing SEO or ads aren’t included.
Do I own my website?
Yes, after 12 monthly Website Care payments, your finished website is yours. Want it sooner? A $500 early buyout ends the rest of your 12 months, and you take the website with you. Your domain is always yours to take, with no buyout needed. Our reusable templates and tools stay ours. If MO Studio Co. ever closes, you get your website and domain free.
Can I cancel Website Care?
Website Care starts with a 12-month term. After that, it’s month to month: cancel anytime and take your website with you, free. Before 12 months, you can leave with the $500 early buyout, which covers the rest of your term. Payments already made aren’t refunded.
